London, July 18 - American sprinter Justin Gatlin continued his brilliant run at Diamond League as he achieved his 23rd successive win after cruising to 100 metre race in 9.78 seconds in Monaco.
Gatlin, starting in lane number three, blasted out of the blocks and streaked ahead of the field reduced to seven after Trayvon Bromell was disqualified for a false start.
The American followed up his time of 9.75 in Lausanne with an equally impressive display ahead of next month's World Championships, the BBC reported.
